JOIN MAKE-A-WISH® MIDDLE TENNESSEE AT BIG BUBBA’S BASH THIS FRIDAY
FOR ASHTON’S WISH ANNOUNCEMENT
THE EVENT: Big Bubba’s Bash 2012
On Friday, July 6th, Make-A-Wish® Middle Tennessee will celebrate Ashton’s announcement at Big Bubba’s Bash in Hendersonville, TN. Ashton and his family will be invited to go onto the field, where John Dwyer news channel 2 will announce to Ashton his wish to go to Disney will be coming true!
From 7:00-9:00p.m. Visitors, softball players, and community can come out to enjoy the 9th annual Big Bubba’s Make-A-Wish Celebrity Softball tournament. In addition to the tournament, there will be celebrities signing autographs, several inflatables for the kids, and food for the family!
THE STORY: Four year old Ashton was diagnosed with a brain tumor, but like any little boy he loves watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and playing trains. Ashton’s favorite animal is a dog and he really likes playing anything Mickey Mouse. When Make-A-Wish staff asked Ashton what he wanted for his wish he said; “To go to Disney World to see Mickey Mouse.” Make-A-Wish staff, volunteers and sponsor have been working hard to plan Ashton wish announcement. On Friday July 6th, Ashton will learn that his wish is coming true at Big Bubba’s Celebrity Softball Game.
